Your Broker Brain account is set up with five standard HOA Demand Statuses. They are:

• Not Applicable
• Demand Requested
• Out for Approval
• Demand Ordered
• Complete

Additional HOA Demand statuses can be added depending upon need or preference.

Adding a New HOA Demand Status

1. Click on the HOA Demand Status tab on the right hand side of the screen. The following will appear:



2. Fill in the Status field and select the weight.

3. Click Add and the new status will added to the Status List.

As with all statuses, those that are defaults cannot be deleted. Those that you add can be.
