From the Vendors tab add all of the vendors associated with the management of your properties. Adding Vendors 1. Click on the Vendors tab on the left hand side of the screen. The following will appear: 2. Click on the + next to Add New Vendor to initiate the screen below: 3. Complete all of the necessary fields and click on Add. Important:
- Once a Vendor is created, the information can be updated, but the Vendor cannot be deleted from the system.
- If you no longer use a vendor, you can choose the inactive option in the screen above. When a vendor is in inactive status, they will not appear in the list of vendors available.
- The populated Vendor ID field will be visible with the vendor information on bids assigned to them in Properties > Preservation.
- The Market drop down allows you to make a vendor available only in the specific market selected. If the Global option is chosen, the vendor will be available to properties in all markets.
