The Add New Vendor screen allows you to add one main contact. If you wish to add additional contacts, you may do so as follows:
Adding Secondary Contacts
1. Select either the Admin tab followed by the Vendors sub tab at left OR select the Contacts tab followed by the Vendors sub tab. Either location will allow you to access your vendors.
2. Open the vendor.
3. Scroll down to the Vendor Contacts section at the bottom of the vendor's information and click Add New Contact, as shown below:
4. The screen below will appear. Fill in the desired information.
5. Click the Add button. All secondary vendors you add will appear below the Add New Contact field as shown:
