The My Account Tab allows you to manage various display and email formatting options for your individual Broker Brain account. Your password can also be changed from this location. Below is an explanation of the My Account Tab and its function. When you click on My Account, the following screen will appear: Update Email Address - Type in the new email address that you would like associated with your Broker Brain account and click Update. Change Password - Type your current and new passwords in the appropriate fields and click Update to change your Broker Brain password. Interface Options Main Navigation Menus - This section allows you to customize your navigation bars. The picture above is currently set to show both top and bottom navigation menus. They are highlighted in red. The drop down menu allows you to view either one or both. Hide Side Navigation - By selecting this option you eliminate the side navigation bar that is visible on the left side of your screen. This provides more space for the larger screens within Broker Brain. Note: If you choose to hide the side Navigation bar, you will want to have your bottom navigation bar available. When you roll your mouse over the bottom navigation bar, all of the side navigation options will appear in a pop-up. Property Header - When you are working within a property, you have the option to have the property header at the top or the bottom of your screen. This header includes the following:
Note: If you choose to have the Property Header at the top of your screen, it will disappear as you scroll through the screen. If you choose the bottom option, it will always be visible.
View Notes As - You have the option of choosing Plain Text or HTML. If you choose HTML, you will have the ability to view emails and notes with any HTML formatting that was used when they were generated. Note: The HTML option is only available if you have the Text Mode in your Site Settings set to HTML. (For information on how to do that, see the Site Settings section of this Help page under Admin Tab.) Notification Options - Choosing this option will disable email notification to you when a group you are in receives an Auto Task. Note: If you have choosen this option and are still receiving emails, it is likely that that there are other users in your office that have your email address for their Broker Brain account. Email Options - To create your email signature select desired style, size and font from the drop down menus and type your name in the box. The email subject menu allows you to include the property address, the property address and REO mumber, the property address and Loan number, or all 3 pieces of information. Click Update.
Note: Your signature can only be formatted with stylization if the Text Mode in your Site Settings is set to HTML. Calendar Settings Generate Calendar Key - You can subscribe to your Broker Brain Calendar by generating a calendar URL and subscribing to it in your desktop calendar program. This calendar will contain the due dates for any Auto Tasks that are assigned to you. By clicking on the calendar URL, you will be asked to open it with your available calendar program (iCal for Macintosh, MS Outlook 2007 or greater for Windows, Google Calendar, etc.).
