Adding a Flag to a Property

Before flags can be added to a property, they have to be created in the system from the Admin Tab.  (For more information about this, See Flags under the Admin Tab of this help page.)

1. To add a flag to your property, click on the Flags tab from either the left hand navigation bar or from the pop-up that appears as you move your mouse over the Properties tab of the bottom navigation bar, and the following screen will appear:



2. Click on the + next to Add New Flag and the following screen will appear:


3. Choose the Flag that you need for the property, and add a specific description for that flag in the empty field provided, then click Add.

Important:  
  • Once a Flag is added, only the person that added the flag or a Flags Power User can delete it, update it or move it in and out if the active status.  Power Users are set up in the Groups section of the Admin Tab.
 
Once a flag is added to a property, it can be seen along with other pertinent property information at the bottom of your screen when you are working within that property.  See the screen below:


 Roll your mouse over the flag and a description of that flag will pop-up.
